Before you buy a digital game scouting camera, compare the advantages of the TrailMAC Digitals cutting edge technology to the limitations of our competitors!
Problems
with built
in digital
cam's
Picture Viewing No viewing monitor available - accessories required to view pictures in the field.
Flash Distance Inadequate flash distance due to CMOS imaging sensor's limited ability to capture light. These units have giant flashes and don't advertise flash distance.
Battery Life Cheap electronic components made in China resulting in poor battery life; often as short as 10 - 15 photos in one or two days.
Resolution Resolution as low as 1.3 megapixels. This technology is four or five years old and results in poor, low quality pictures.
Security Cheap, small cable locks which lock through plastic. Anyone with a hunting knife can cut these locks by slicing through the plastic housing.
Problems
with other

cam's
Battery Life No ability to customize battery life. Limited to 100-150 pictures which is greatly reduced during colder temperatures (most hunting months).
Features Lack of exclusive features and technologies. Limited features reduce your flexibility and can lead to missed opportunities on giant bucks!
Housing Large generic square housings are cumbersome to setup, lock and heavy to transport.
Security No security system or cheap security system. Locks through plastic or easy to cut cables and brackets.
Price Costs as high as $750.00 (sometimes more), over $250.00 more than the TrailMAC Digital.

Longest Life Customize your battery life to meet your needs using TrailMAC's unlimited battery life options. No other game camera offers such a feature.
Field Viewing Conveniently view, erase, zoom, save, and lock pictures without the need for additional accessories using the built in viewing monitor.
Resolution 4.0 Megapixel Olympus Digital camera produces exceptional photos - especially at night. Camera can be used as a stand alone camera.
Flash Distance Olympus D435 digital camera uses CCD Imaging technology and produces 40-feet flash distances at night with a soundless flash.
Time Delays TrailMAC offers time delays from 30-seconds to 2-hours. A total of eight delays are available (30 sec, 1 min, 4 min, 8 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr).
Operation Mode TrailMAC comes with more operations modes than any other camera. Standard Mode, Sur Shot Mode, and Movie Mode.
Customized TrailMAC's custom digital housing is compact, easy to carry, easy to attach to a tree, weighs 1.5 pounds, and best of all is totally weatherproof.
Reliable TrailMACs are used all over the world. We use the highest grade electronics available, and significantly outperform all other game cameras.
Consumer Alert!
Keep in mind other Digital Trail Cameras, priced 300-400 dollars utilize a Chinese imaging technology called "CMOS Imaging". This is an inferior technology to the CCD Technology found in all Name Brand Consumer Digital Cameras. CMOS Imaging requires larger flashes and produces darker photos. You will notice many of these companies do not show sample photos on their web sites, do not advertise flash distance, battery life, or shutter speed.
